We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are being developed and will be available in the future.

PROCESSING TIMELINE
Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from the order date. We roast in small batches to ensure quality, which means your coffee is roasted to order rather than pulled from existing inventory.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery from shipping to doorstep is 7-14 business days.

MILITARY SHIPPING
We proudly offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact support@fallengroundscoffee.com for military shipping details and assistance with customs documentation.

WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS
Our roasting facility is located in Wisconsin. Severe weather conditions, including blizzards or snowfall exceeding 6 inches, may cause shipping delays. We will notify you immediately via email if weather conditions affect your order.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, typically within 7 business days of ordering, weather permitting.
