EXCHANGES
We offer convenient exchanges for any same-size bag if you're not satisfied with your coffee selection. Simply contact our customer service team at support@fallengroundscoffee.com with your order number and we'll process your exchange promptly. At least 50% of the original product must remain for exchange processing.
REFUNDS
Full refunds are available if an exchange does not meet your needs. We will process your refund to the original payment method once we receive your return. At least 50% of the original product must remain for refund processing.
REQUIREMENTS
